Position Overview
We are seeking a Hair Transplant Referral Coordinator to support the continued growth of our Hair Restoration Division. This role is ideal for someone passionate about aesthetic medicine and patient engagement. You will serve as a key liaison for prospective patients and referral sources, guiding individuals through their hair restoration journey from initial inquiry to consultation.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage incoming referral and inquiry leads using our CRM and patient management systems
- Educate potential patients on surgical and non-surgical hair restoration options offered at Berman Skin Institute
- Schedule consultations and coordinate with the surgical and medical teams
- Maintain accurate records of referral activity, lead conversions, and outreach metrics
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize referral materials, campaigns, and promotions
- Represent the practice professionally and warmly in all patient and community-facing interactions
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, cosmetic surgery, or hair restoration
- Demonstrated success in patient coordination, relationship management, or referral outreach
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Proficient in CRM and scheduling software (experience with Nextech is a plus)
- Energetic, empathetic, and committed to providing outstanding patient experiences
