The position is a part - time position with typical work schedule of Saturday and Sunday 7:30am-4:30pm however weekends or after hours may be needed depending on the building necessities.

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for performing a wide range of general maintenance and repair tasks across our facilities, ensuring all systems operate efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and emergency repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Inspect and troubleshoot facility systems and equipment to identify issues.
- Interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and building plans to guide repair work.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
- Coordinate with and oversee external contractors for specialized repairs.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in maintenance areas and throughout the facility.
- Monitor and manage inventory of tools, parts, and maintenance supplies.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete work orders efficiently.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support facility operations.
- Required to be On-Call per schedule and work weekends
QualificationsRequired Skills & Abilities:
- Solid understanding and ability to perform repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
- Ability to use building management software and other computer programs, including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, iPhone IOS
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, both written and verbally
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 years of experience in general maintenance or a related field preferred.
- Trade certifications (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must be able to climb ladders, bend, kneel, and work in confined spaces.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
