Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at our Chicago, IL location. The Sales Manager will oversee the daily sales operations, guide and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets, and maintain exceptional customer service standards. Other responsibilities include developing sales strategies, ensuring compliance with dealership policies, and collaborating with other departments to optimize business performance.
