Berluti USA has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Retail Client Advisor based in Costa Mesa, South Coast Plaza. The Client Advisor is crucial to the success of the business by acting as a brand ambassador and the direct link between the Berluti brand and its’ customers. Ensuring the highest level of customer service, you will uphold quality standards through an exceptional selling ceremony. You will develop a local and international client book with the ability to recruit and develop top clients.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
We are eager to speak to individuals who have at least 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion and the Berluti brand. This individual will have the ability to develop strong and lasting relationships with people through communication, organization and follow-through skills. Fluency in English is a must and speaking a second language is a plus.
The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate in the range of USD $27.00-$29.00 plus the opportunity for a bonus and commission, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions

- Meet individual and store targets sales targets
- Incorporate product knowledge, brand information and history in the selling ceremony with the end result of maximizing sales and building client loyalty
- Capture all relevant customer information for entry in the database
- Build and expand a client book; follow-through with client concerns, inquiries; maintain customer correspondence to build clientele, improve relationships and drive business.
- Follow up with any shipping, alterations, repairs or other matters related to clients
- Assist in visual merchandising, general housekeeping and the maintenance of the store image
- Support shipping, receiving and inventory control as required
