- Contact consumers regarding past-due accounts (inbound/outbound calls).
- Listen to understand each person's situation and offer appropriate solutions.
- Negotiate payment arrangements that are realistic and sustainable.
- Document all interactions and agreements accurately.
- Meet individual and team performance goals.
- Represent clients professionally while maintaining a respectful, solutions-focused approach.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet performance expectations.
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Previous collections or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
