Job Duties:

• Prepare a wide variety of estate planning documents using drafting software with direction from a supervising Attorney;
• Complete task flow for client matters based on deadlines provided.
• Communicate with clients and gather information needed for drafting documents;
• Schedule and assist with signing conferences as needed.
• Maintain organized client files, both physical and digital; and
• Assist clients with submitting payments as needed.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail
• Prior experience in drafting estate planning documents (5 or more years preferred)
• Experience with probate, trust, and estate administration (5 or more years preferred)
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent initiative and follow-through

• Excellent grammar and communication skills
• Dependable
• Excellent customer service
• Strong work ethic
