Duties:
- Conduct title review and resolution for real estate transactions.
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on real estate matters.
- Draft and review purchase agreements, leases, deeds, and other legal documents.
- Represent clients in real estate closings.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Communicate with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in transactions.
- Handle negotiations and resolve issues that may arise during transactions.
- Perform legal research and analysis related to real estate law.
Requirements:
