Are you up for the opportunity of a lifetime? If so, we are seeking a Warehouse Manager, who is responsible for leadership within the warehouse. This includes staffing, training, and scheduling of all warehouse associates / operators. Maintain a safe work environment for all employees, including compliance to all safety regulations and guidelines. Responsible for daily decision making as it relates to team performance, efficiency, safety, quality, and customer thrill.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead warehouse supervisors and/or staff to maximize team productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor and enhance individual performance through clearly defined expectations, training and coaching to achieve desired results.
- Implement changes in processes to increase efficiency, improve safety and quality, reduce costs, and improve employee engagement.
- Maintain efficient, accurate and orderly warehouse to sustain all cGMP and ISO Standards
- Work with internal groups to service the customer and deliver branch metrics.
- Implement changes to improve the productivity of the operation while reducing costs. Establish driven manufacturing cost management with focus on maximizing profitability.
- Serve as a role model for the employer and employee portion of the Berlin Values.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 5 years warehouse experience providing leadership and direction to others.
- Demonstrated team leadership with ability to resolve conflict, and provide others with feedback, direction and skills development.
- High energy, positive attitude, and contributes to a positive team culture
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented and ability to analyze/solve problems and make decisions.
- Self-motivated; reliable, with strong initiative and results orientation
- Strong computer skills
