Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Englewood, NJ, for a Title Processor. The Title Processor will be responsible for preparing and reviewing title documents, processing escrow transactions, and ensuring compliance with legal and financial regulations. Responsibilities also include coordinating with clients, lenders, and other real estate professionals to ensure smooth transactions, providing excellent customer service, and performing general administrative and accounting tasks related to title processing.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively collaborate with clients, lenders, and real estate professionals
- Knowledge and experience in Notary practices and Escrow processes
- Basic Accounting skills to manage financial transactions within title processing
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency
