What You’ll Do:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve communication and swallowing function.
- Work with patients requiring trach and vent support to enhance speech and swallowing abilities.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate and guide patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and home programs.
- Maintain accurate documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
What You’ll Need:
✔ Active SLP License in Massachusetts
✔ Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an Accredited Program
✔ Strong Communication & Teamwork Skills
✔ Experience with Trachs and Vents a Plus
✔ Passion for Helping Patients Improve Communication & Quality of Life
