Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Installer to spearhead installation projects with precision and enthusiasm. In this role, you will lead a team of skilled technicians, oversee complex HVAC system installations, and ensure all work meets safety standards and quality expectations. Your mechanical knowledge and field service expertise will drive successful project completion while fostering a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate HVAC installation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient completion
- Interpret schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design plans to execute installations accurately
- Supervise and mentor field technicians, providing guidance on construction, equipment installation, and system troubleshooting
- Perform comprehensive HVAC system setups including air conditioning, furnaces, boilers, mini splits, ductwork, and other mechanical components
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards
Experience
- Proven experience as an installer in HVAC
- Strong background in construction practices and field service operations
- Familiarity with schematics, HVAC design principles, plumbing systems, refrigeration technology
- Mechanical knowledge encompassing boiler systems, welding techniques, and equipment installation
- Experience leading teams in complex installation projects with a focus on safety and quality assurance
- Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with
driver preferred

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
