What are the responsibilities and job description for the Analytics Specialist position at Berkshire Health Systems and Careers?
- DEFINITION/PRIMARY FUNCTION
- The Analytics Specialist I will have primary responsibility to support all data and analytics efforts to support Berkshire Health Service (BHS) objectives in improving healthcare quality, patient safety, operational efficiency and health equity. The Analytics Specialist I will work closely with departments, front-line staff, and other stakeholders to provide and display clinical information needs and deliver clear and actionable reports and analytics to support these efforts.
- POSITION QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum qualifications are required unless stated otherwise.)
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years work experience working in hospital quality, healthcare, information management, healthcare analytics, or other relevant healthcare field.
- Education and Training:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Management, Public Health, Health Care Administration, or health care related field required.
- License, Certification & Registration:
- CPHQ - Certified Professional in Health Care Quality Preferred.
