Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Real Estate Agent based in Kent, WA, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role involves assisting clients in buying and selling real estate properties. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, organizing property viewings, engaging in market analysis, and negotiating transactions. Agents will also maintain and grow their network of clients while staying updated on market trends and regulations to deliver professional guidance.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License, mandatory for the role
- Strong knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
- Proven ability in Sales, with a focus on meeting targets and closing deals
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proactive problem-solving capabilities and strong communication skills
- Familiarity with local real estate market conditions in the Kent, WA area
- Ability to work both remotely and in-office effectively in a hybrid work environment
- Previous experience in real estate or a related field is an advantage
