We are seeking an experienced and motivated Office Administrator to join our growing team in Dumas. This role will be 32 hours a week, Monday - Thursday 9:00-5:00 and Friday 9:00-1:00. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our Sales Associates and Branch Manager by ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing outstanding service to all team members and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests, vendors, and clients with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Contribute to a positive and team-oriented office culture
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to Sales Associates and the Branch Manager
- Assist with marketing and social media activities to enhance office visibility
- Support office technology and troubleshoot basic system issues
- Facilitate efficient onboarding and training for new Sales Associates
- Maintain organized records and databases
- Manage office supplies and vendor relationships; ensure adequate inventory levels
Qualifications
- 2 years of administrative experience required
- Real estate industry experience preferred, but not required
- Proactively identifies tasks and opportunities to add value
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Internet research, and social media platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a proactive, “can-do” attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
