Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role based in Bethesda, MD, with opportunities for some remote work. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert guidance and support throughout the process. Responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing property listings, coordinating property showings, negotiating deals, and managing client relationships. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, local real estate markets, and buyer/seller needs.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License
- Experience in Real Estate, including knowledge of market trends and an understanding of property transactions
- Proven skills in Sales and the ability to manage and close transactions efficiently
- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on relationship building and client satisfaction
- Knowledge of Real Property regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with real estate technology platforms and tools
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Self-motivated with a commitment to professional development and staying current in the real estate field
