Role Description The Bookkeeper is a full-time, in office position based in Collierville, TN, with some flexibility to work from home. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, including recording daily transactions, processing journal entries, and reconciling bank and credit card accounts. The Bookkeeper will prepare and review financial statements, monitor accounts payable and receivable, and assist with budgeting and reporting for the brokerage. Day-to-day tasks include working within accounting software, ensuring compliance with company policies, supporting finance-related inquiries from leadership, and coordinating with other team members to provide clear, timely financial information.
