JOB OPPORTUNITY: MARKETING COORDINATOR

The Opportunity

We are searching for a Marketing Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment and loves bringing fresh ideas to life. You’ll directly support our agents in Evansville and Bloomington, Indiana with their marketing needs, help build our brand presence across social media throughout the company, and bring creativity, energy, and a passion for helping others with everything you do. This position will also coordinate agent signage orders for the company

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with a talented marketing team to support 400 agents with their marketing needs
• Create/design impactful marketing materials like flyers, postcards, digital graphics, buyer/seller booklets, social media posts, advertisements, etc.
• Create/deliver automated marketing materials for newly listed and closed homes
• Create deliverables for agents in MAXA, our online marketing studio
• Coordinate ordering/printing needs for physical marketing materials, whether in house or with our preferred vendors
• Monitor and manage the internal ticketing system, responding quickly and proactively to agent requests
• Create content (Reels, TikToks, and static posts) for company social media accounts
• Support agents in leveraging social media to grow their business on their personal accounts
• Serve as a member of the newsletter team, sending out monthly newsletters on behalf of agents and creating content, writing blogs, etc.
• Oversee/manage marketing inventory for the Evansville office, order marketing materials/supplies for the office as needed
• Oversee/manage/design yard signs for Evansville agents
• Host one-on-one marketing meetings with agents to develop custom strategies and provide guidance
• Assist with/attend major company events and promotions as needed
• Attend regular meetings and retreats with the marketing team
• Complete special projects as requested

What You’ll Bring

• Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite and Canva proficiency preferred)
• Understanding of social media marketing best practices, and experience creating content
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A positive attitude, passion for collaboration, and willingness to learn
• BONUS: Photography and/or videography skills are a plus!

Position Details and Benefits

• The Marketing Coordinator is a full-time, in-person role at our Evansville office, reporting directly to the Marketing Director
• 401(k) Match: 100% match up to 3% of your base salary (optional)
• Long and short-term disability insurance provided by the company.
• Health insurance reimbursement up to $400/month if you provide documentation that you are not covered under a policy provided by a family member.
