Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Residential Real Estate Sales Specialist based in Toms River, NJ, with flexibility for some remote work. Responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties, advising on real estate trends and pricing, guiding negotiations and contract processes, providing superior customer service, and managing residential real estate transactions from start to finish. The role also requires consistent communication to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications
- Active real estate license in the state of New Jersey or eligibility to obtain one
- Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and handling real estate transactions
- Commitment to providing exceptional Customer Service
- Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in real estate software and general digital tools is a plus
- Experience in a customer-facing sales role is advantageous
