Role Description
This is a part-time role which requires some, but not all, on-site time in Ojai, CA, for a Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you will set the branding, redesign the website, create promotional materials and coordinate marketing initiatives for listings. You will also manage social media, and ensure consistent brand messaging across marketing channels. Collaborating with team members, you will assist with project management to ensure deadlines are met and marketing goals are achieved.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Writing skills, including the ability to craft compelling messages and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Sales and Project Management skills to effectively coordinate marketing efforts and support the sales team in achieving business objectives.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in real estate marketing or related industries is a bonus.
