Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Real Estate Assistant to support a top producing real estate professional in Eagle/Summit County; would consider full time or part time, licensed or unlicensed. The ideal candidate will assist in various administrative tasks and provide exceptional customer service to clients. Pay depends on experience/licenses. Possible housing available.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with clients & agents
- Assist in marketing efforts including social and promotional
- Provide administrative support such as preparing documents and maintaining files
- Coordinate appointments, showings, and open houses
- Assist in sales transactions by liaising with lenders, title companies, and inspectors
- Ensure compliance with Real Estate law and Fair Housing regulations
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to proactively learn computer programs
- Works well both alone or with a Team
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Strong customer service orientation
- Administrative experience in a real estate setting preferred
- Basic knowledge of sales processes in real estate
- Familiarity with Real Estate administrative tasks
- Understanding of Real Estate law and Fair Housing regulations
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous
