Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will work under general supervision, installing and maintaining electric distribution and transmission systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, change, transfer, move and remove poles, line hardware, guys, transformers, lightning arresters, streetlight equipment, electrical cable, gas pipe, cross-arms, energized conductors, insulators, conduit, capacitor bank controls and other electrical materials and accessories.
- Perform steel tower structural work including the erection and removal of steel towers and electrical equipment used in connection therewith.
- Work with electrical instruments such as voltmeters, ammeters, fault locators, etc.
- Inspect poles and towers, making climbing inspections of conductors and equipment.
- Drive truck and be responsible for truck, tools, and equipment carried thereon.
