Skills for Success

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory and layout
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Effective interpersonal skills, a customer-service focus and the ability to work as a member in a team-oriented environment
• Effective communication skills
  
  

Qualifications

Must be a college student currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in graphic design, marketing and/or a related field. Must provide a portfolio of design work/experience. Available May - August 2026.

Primary Job Duties And Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions)

• Organizing and maintaining file structures for digital assets as well as archiving past collateral packages (60%).
• Creating graphics for internal and external audiences including, but not limited to, digital newsletters, presentations, articles, social media posts and internal publications (30%)
• Support communications department as needed (10%)
