Job Responsibilities
The Policy Services Assistant will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Carrying out all duties related to policy processing
- Entering endorsements
- Processing cancellations, reissues and renewals
- Reviewing daily reports for errors
- Preparing correspondences
- Researching problems
- Adding and rating new submissions
Qualifications
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A high level of organizational skills and attention to detail
- Solid computer skills
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- 2 years Property & Casualty insurance experience
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree a plus, but not required
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Entering text or data into a computer or other machine by means of a traditional keyboard.

In accordance with pay transparency laws and regulations, the following good faith starting compensation is being provided. The starting compensation for this position is $16.00 per hour. Final compensation will be based on candidate qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law.
