We are looking for individuals to join our team of organic fine gardeners. Fine gardening encompasses a more detail-oriented and artistic approach to the garden than a typical landscaping job. Our mission is to create rich, vibrant, and sensory outdoor spaces that nurture and promote healthy living. We are NOFA organic landcare accredited, and committed to organic and sustainable gardening practices to enhance the natural beauty of our environment.
As a member of our team, daily tasks may include planting, weeding, pruning, edging, watering, mulching and pest control in the garden. We require our employees to uphold neatness and professionalism at all times on client properties, and be available, friendly and approachable.
It is imperative that employees arrive on time and ready to follow direction. We work in a range of weather conditions, and we expect employees to be prepared with proper attire and gear needed for the weather that day. Strong communication skills are critical, and employees are responsible for asking questions and taking notes as needed to understand and follow direction accurately.
