Job Summary
Wash dishes, cooking utensils, pots and pans using machine and manual cleaning methods.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Sort and rinse dirty dishes and place them in racks of dish machine.
- Wash pots, pans, trays and other large cooking containers by hand.
- Sort and stack clean dishes and deliver them to appropriate areas.
- Fill and empty sinks with proper cleaning and sanitizing solutions.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Perform other general restaurant cleaning duties as directed.
- Wipe up spills to ensure kitchen floors remain dry.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by manager.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)
- High energy and stamina required.
- Able to prioritize job duties and manage time effectively.
- Must be able to read labels on chemicals and follow product directives.
- Able to identify and perform other tasks during non-busy times.
- Must understand and follow workplace safety standards.

Physical Demands
- This is a physically demanding position.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds,

Requirements
- Shift Requirements: Hours may be late afternoon and nights, including weekends & holidays.
- Age Requirements: Applicants must be at least age 16.
