Berkshire County Head Start is seeking a dynamic and experienced Education Site Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality early childhood education at our Conte School location.

About the Role
As a key member of our mid-level leadership team, the Education Site Manager supports and oversees all aspects of site-based programming, ensuring compliance with Head Start, state, and local regulations. You will lead a team of dedicated educators, guide instructional practices, manage enrollment processes, and maintain a culture of excellence.

What You Bring
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, or related field (from an accredited institution).
- EEC Director I/II certification.
- Active Professional Qualifications Registry number (EEC).
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in Early Education.
- Bilingual in Spanish or Haitian/Creole.
- Experience in leadership within Head Start or subsidized early learning settings.
- Professional development in adult supervision/mentorship.
This is a full time 30 hour per week position.
