What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavior Specialist-Sign On Bonus position at Berkshire County Arc?
Behavior Specialist Berkshire County Arc is looking for a dynamic,
solution-minded person to join our clinical team! Our work emphasizes
helping adults with disabilities reach their desired potential! Some
responsibilities include: Consulting with individuals, families, and
program staff to identify barriers to a person\'s achieving their goals.
Conduct individualized trainings for program staff in residential and
day programs. Conduct program observations, assessments and trainings in
residential and day programs that assists individuals in developing more
socially appropriate skills. Design, implement and monitor behavior
data. Collaborate with outside agencies, systems and teams to support
individual behavioral needs. Professional development, Tuition
Reimbursement, and additional training opportunities included in
comprehensive benefit package. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in
social work, Psychology or Education/Special Education encouraged to
apply. An RBT certification may be substituted if actively pursuing a
bachelor\'s in Psychology, or ABA. Experience working with adults with
Brain injury, Mental Health challenges, and/or IDD. Must have a valid
