Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable, experienced, and safety-conscious CDL Class A Driver to join our team. We operate a diverse local fleet and have openings for both full-time and part-time operators. If you have a clean driving record and experience hauling materials and moving heavy equipment, we want to hear from you.
Equipment You Will Operate
- Tri-Axle Dump Trucks (including operations with a tag-along trailer)
- Tandem Axle Dump Trucks
- Roll-Off 6-Wheeler Trucks
- Small Dump Trucks with Trailers (used for transporting small equipment and machinery)
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport, haul, and dump materials (soils, stone, mulch, aggregates) to local job sites and residential properties.
- Secure, load, and transport heavy machinery/small equipment safely using tag-along and equipment trailers.
- Perform standard pre-trip and post-trip commercial vehicle inspections to ensure fleet safety.
- Maintain clear communication with the dispatch/yard yard manager and exhibit professionalism when interacting with customers.
Qualifications & Requirements
- License: Valid CDL Class A license is required (to accommodate equipment transport and trailer setups).
- Record: Clean driving record (MVR) with no major recent violations.
- Experience: Proven experience driving commercial dump trucks (tri-axles/tandems) and safely hauling/strapping equipment on trailers.
- Reliability: Dependable work ethic, strong spatial awareness on job sites, and a safety-first mindset.
