SUMMARY
A position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Sleep Health Lab. This includes staffing, training, scheduling, budgeting, marketing, and ensuring high-quality patient care. The Manager works closely with department leads and administration to maintain compliance with AASM standards and organizational policies.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee daily operations of the sleep center and ensure compliance with AASM guidelines.
Lead reaccreditation efforts every five years, including documentation, QA protocols, and site readiness.
Manage inventory, order supplies and equipment, and coordinate annual biomedical inspections and equipment recertification.
Administer diagnostic and compliance software platforms (e.g., G3, Noxturnal, AirView, CareOrchestrator).
Recruit, interview, and recommend candidates for open positions.
Conduct annual staff evaluations and implement corrective actions as needed.
Prepare and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
Cover shifts and arrange coverage for call-offs; take night and weekend calls from clinical staff.
Verify and approve timecards for payroll and manage shift differentials and bonuses.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve productivity and quality.
Coordinate with other departments to support patient care and resolve procedural issues.
Assist departments as needed, including front desk, billing, referrals, and insurance authorizations.
Assist with scoring studies, home study setups/results, and troubleshooting equipment.
Coordinate with the Research Department on sleep-related projects and protocols.

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
