Team Leader Construction/Site supervisor/Foreman/Project Manager

BFW Restorations is seeking an experienced Team Leader Construction/Site supervisor/Foreman/Project Manager to lead residential and commercial restoration and reconstruction projects throughout the region. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who can manage crews, coordinate schedules, maintain quality standards, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise restoration and reconstruction crews
- Coordinate daily activities with Project Managers and subcontractors
- Manage project schedules, materials, and labor resources
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and company standards
- Review scopes of work and communicate project expectations to crews
- Monitor job progress and maintain project documentation
- Communicate professionally with customers, adjusters, and vendors
- Identify and resolve jobsite issues quickly and effectively
- Conduct jobsite safety meetings and enforce safety policies
Qualifications
- construction experience
- supervisory or leadership experience
- Restoration, reconstruction, remodeling, or insurance repair experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience working with subcontractors and trade partners
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical
