We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Baseball Coach to lead and develop youth baseball teams. Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct practice sessions focused on baseball skills, strategies, and game techniques
- Teach proper techniques for batting, pitching, fielding, and base running
- Foster a positive team environment emphasizing sportsmanship, teamwork, and discipline
- Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during practices and games
- Organize and oversee game day operations, including strategy implementation and player rotations
Experience
- Prior experience in sports coaching, particularly baseball or other team sports such as basketball.
- Experience working with children or youth in an educational or recreational setting
- Demonstrated ability to teach sports fundamentals while maintaining a safe and inclusive environment
