Responsibilities
The Part-Time IT Consultant will provide expert guidance and hands-on support across a range of IT functions, system development, systems integration, and user support. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in a flexible environment and enjoys solving complex technical challenges.
Key functions include but are not limited to:
- Assess current IT systems and recommend improvements to optimize performance and security
- Provide technical support for software, and user issues
- Assist with system upgrades, data migrations, and software implementations
- Collaborate with internal teams to align IT solutions with business needs
- Document processes, troubleshoot issues, and train staff as needed
Qualifications
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in systems development, or technical support
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
