  • Identify, research, and cultivate high-quality prospective relationships that align with MEC’s risk appetite and value profile.
  • Influence buying decisions through consultative selling, strategic storytelling, and demonstrated outcomes.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Underwriting, Claims, and Analytics to deliver cohesive, high-impact messaging and client engagement.

Account Strategy, Retention & Claims Advantage Execution

  • Own end-to-end account strategy for designated relationships, from onboarding through renewal.
  • Coordinate execution of the MEC Claims Advantage in partnership with Claims Consultants, Underwriting, and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead account reviews, service plans, and pre-renewal strategy discussions that clearly articulate value delivered and outcomes achieved.
  • Gather and apply client and broker feedback to continuously refine service delivery and differentiation.

Agency Education & Development

  • Educate agency partners on MEC’s consultative model, analytics capabilities, and claims philosophy.
  • Support agency development initiatives that drive mutual growth, retention, and long-term partnership.
  • Establish and reinforce clear expectations regarding MEC’s role, value proposition, and partnership approach.

Internal Leadership & Collaboration

  • Act as a connector across Business Development, Claims, Underwriting, Marketing, and Analytics.
