Key functions will include but are not limited to:
- Underwriting Enablement & Knowledge Management
- Marketing Operations & Distribution Alignment
- SharePoint Content Management & Governance
- Internal Communications Support
- Assist with rebuilding and maintaining SharePoint sites, including onboarding content and a centralized “single source of truth” for underwriting guidance
- Organize, clean up, and standardize underwriting and marketing content, including document libraries, navigation, file naming conventions, and archive access
- Support development of underwriting appetite enablement tools
- Create underwriting and marketing one pagers by segment, including appetite positioning, core vs. restricted guidance, and producer talk tracks
- Support internal communications initiatives such as digital signage by helping create content calendars, and templates
- Document processes and create “how to” guides to improve adoption and reduce reliance on email and tribal knowledge
- Participate in a structured capstone project involving cross company collaboration and leadership engagement
- Deliver assigned projects on time with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Produce clear, well - organized content that is easy for underwriters and internal partners to understand and use
- Demonstrate increasing independence in managing defined workstreams after initial onboarding
- Communicate progress, risks, and questions clearly to project leads and stakeholders
- Apply feedback quickly and incorporate revisions effectively
- Adhere to governance standards, confidentiality requirements, and documentation expectations
- Develop an understanding of underwriting operations and how underwriting guidance supports business outcomes
- Learn how marketing and underwriting teams align appetite, messaging, and distribution strategy
- Gain hands - on experience using SharePoint as an enterprise knowledge and communication platform
- Build skills in translating complex or technical information into clear, usable business content
- Strengthen professional communication, organization, and project management skills
- Currently enrolled in and pursuing an undergraduate college degree
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately complete assignments on/before required deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal, decision making and analytical skills required
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Proficient in using computer including Microsoft Office products
