Responsibilities:
Deliver professional, efficient customer service
Prepare third wave espresso drinks with accuracy and speed
Prepare panini and grab and go items
Maintain strict cleanliness and food safety standards
Stock, rotate, and merchandise product
Learn and confidently speak about store offerings
Support teammates during peak periods
Requirements:
Previous barista experience in a high volume setting
Strong customer service background with stable work history
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 30 pounds
Reliable transportation
Preferred:
Retail or grocery experience
Comfort with POS systems
Interest in specialty food, coffee, beer, or wine
