- Serve as a primary point of contact for agent inquiries via phone and email
- Support new agency onboarding and manage ongoing agency lifecycle tasks
- Ensure licensing and appointment compliance in accordance with state regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to agent licensing and appointments
- Run monthly reports and distribute them to agents and internal partners
- Provide administrative and operational support to Agency Experience Managers (AEMs)
- Assist with processes across multiple functional areas within Distribution Administration
- Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and a strong customer service mindset at all times
What you need to have:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team
