WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The Document Imaging Clerk is a vital member of our team, ensuring the accurate and efficient digitization of departmental documents. This role involves scanning, data entry, and quality assurance, using internal software to maintain high standards of precision and productivity. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment and is committed to confidentiality and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain high-volume industrial scanners and desktop scanners to digitize documents efficiently.
- Perform alpha-numeric data entry with accuracy into designated computer systems.
- Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive client and employee information at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and technical staff to resolve issues and streamline workflows.
- Meet production deadlines while adapting to shifting priorities and maintaining high-quality standards.
LOCATION SCHEDULE
- On-site in our Bethlehem, PA office
- 2nd Shift, Full-time Schedule!
- Monday – Friday, 3 PM - 11 PM
- No weekends!
PAY BENEFITS:
