Responsibilities
💡 What You’ll Do
- Perform residential HVAC maintenance, tune-ups, and inspections
- Identify basic system issues and educate homeowners on solutions
- Present repair and upgrade options (earn commission 💰)
- Deliver top-tier customer service on every call
- Work alongside experienced Service Technicians to grow your skills
Qualifications
🔧 What You Bring
- Mechanical aptitude
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations
- Results driven in a high-energy environment
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to follow directions and work independently
- Service Titan experience preferred
- 1–2 years of HVAC field experience
- Ownership of your own hand tools
- EPA Certification (or working toward it)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Desire to grow into a Service Technician role quickly
