- 5 years of electrical service experience (residential preferred)
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience required
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, diagnostics, and repair
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance metrics
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable managing budgets, reporting, and operational goals
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Masterās Electrical License preferred.

Compensation: $80-$90K/year $20-$30K Bonus Plan
Responsibilities
š§ What Youāll Do
Ā
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of electrical service technicians
- Drive daily operations including scheduling, productivity, and performance management
- Ensure quality workmanship, safety compliance, and adherence to company standards
- Monitor KPIs such as revenue, conversion rates, and job performance
- Partner with leadership on hiring, training, and workforce planning
- Support technicians in the field with troubleshooting and technical guidance
- Manage customer escalations and ensure a best-in-class service experience
- Oversee inventory, materials, and equipment usage
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, install, and dispatch teams
- Maintain compliance with all safety, regulatory, and company policies
Qualifications

- Ability to stand, walk, and use hands for extended periods
