Berkeley Treatment Center is a brand-new opioid treatment program that opened in Moncks Corner, SC. While our doors may be new, we are proud to be part of Carolina Treatment Centers—a privately owned and trusted leader in addiction treatment services across South Carolina since 2001.
Are you passionate about helping individuals overcome opioid addiction? Berkeley Treatment Center, an outpatient Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) program, is seeking a dedicated Addictions Counselor to support individuals on their recovery journey.
About Us:
We specialize in opioid addiction treatment, providing compassionate, evidence-based care through medication-assisted treatment (MAT), counseling, and support services.
Your Role:
- Provide individual and group counseling to patients in opioid recovery
- Conduct screenings and assessments to develop personalized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Offer crisis intervention when needed
- Coordinate care and referrals for patients
- Manage casework and ongoing patient support
- Perform drug screenings
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field
- Certified, licensed, or eligible to obtain certification/licensure in addictions counseling
- Onsite and virtual clinical supervision provided for APSC certification (ADC/AADC)
Work Hours:
Monday through Friday: 5am -12:30pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
