This role is suitable for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build expertise in ServiceNow development and IT Service Management (ITSM).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and customizing ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Configure forms, workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
- Support Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog management processes.
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Participate in requirements gathering, testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot ServiceNow platform issues and provide technical support.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Collaborate with senior developers and business stakeholders to deliver solutions.
- Basic knowledge of ServiceNow platform and ITSM concepts.
- Understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web technologies.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and web services.
- Knowledge of databases and SQL fundamentals.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is a plus.
- Experience through internships, academic projects, or personal ServiceNow projects.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
