As we continue to expand, we are excited to open our new Selbyville, Delaware location and are seeking a skilled and motivated Glass Installer / Specialist to join our team.

What You'll Do
- Measure residential and commercial projects for glass and glazing installations
- Install a variety of glass products, including shower enclosures, mirrors, storefront systems, insulated glass units, windows, doors, and other specialty glass applications
- Review job specifications and ensure accurate measurements and installation requirements
- Safely transport, handle, and install glass products
- Troubleshoot field conditions and identify solutions to ensure successful project completion
- Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members
- Ensure installations meet Berkeley Glass quality and safety standards
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in a clean and professional manner
- Complete required job documentation and project updates
- Represent Berkeley Glass with professionalism and a customer-first attitude
What We're Looking For
- Experience with glass installation, glazing, construction, carpentry, or related trades preferred
- Strong measuring and problem-solving skills
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to read work orders, blueprints, and installation specifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Ability to safely lift and move glass and other materials
- Ready and eager to learn
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Applicant must undergo a background check and drug screening
- OSHA or industry certifications are a plus, but not required
