Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Janitor/Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our facilities. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of floors, including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain a spotless appearance.
- Handle trash removal and waste disposal efficiently across all designated areas.
- Clean restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces by sanitizing surfaces, fixtures, and appliances.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify cleaning needs or maintenance issues.
- Use industrial cleaning equipment such as floor and carpet cleaners to ensure high-quality results.
- Assist with custodial tasks related to facilities maintenance, including light repairs or reporting larger issues.
Requirements
- Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, including floor care and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as floor machine and industrial vacuums safely and effectively.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks and basic repair skills is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness standards.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
