Optometric Scribe (Bilingual)

We currently are accepting resumes for the position of Optometric Scribe in our Tomball & Champions Forests offices.

Ideal Candidates have 2 years of technician experience in a vision care environment.

This a great opportunity for someone looking to move their careers from Optometric to Ophthalmic!

Preferred Skill Set:

• Scribing for doctor while using EMR system.
• Strong Data Entry skills.
• Able to conduct basic vision care preliminary tests.
• Visual Fields
• OCT
• Computer Skills (experience on Electronic Medical Records a plus but will train OA with proper patient work-up skills)
• Fluency in English & Spanish preferred !

Expected Schedule:

Monday - Thursday

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Friday:

7:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Note: This position will work between two locations based on the assignment of the optometrist. Mileage reimbursement as allowed by the IRS is available.
