Located at the New York City campus and under the direction of the Director of International Admissions, the Student Aide provides administrative and student support for International Admissions and International Student Services. Responsibilities include assisting prospective and current international students, supporting international student programming and orientation activities, managing international social media engagement, and providing front desk coverage for the campus lobby. The Student Aide must be professional, organized, punctual, and flexible with hours, including occasional evening and Saturday support. Must be on time and flexible with hours.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

- Provides administrative and operational support to the International Department during day, evening, and occasional Saturday hours.
- Greets students and visitors at the front desk and directs them to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Provides campus tours to prospective international students and visitors.
- Assists prospective international students with general inquiries regarding admissions, enrollment, and student life.
- Supports continuing international students with general questions and campus resources.
- Assists with international student orientation programs and events.
- Supports communication efforts with prospective and current international students through email, phone, WhatsApp, and other communication platforms.
- Assists with management of international social media accounts and content creation.
- Assists with management and monitoring of WhatsApp Communities for international students.
- Answers department phones and responds to general inquiries.
- Maintains organized student records, spreadsheets, and departmental documents.
- Assists with data entry, reporting, and updating Excel spreadsheets as needed.
- Creates flyers, presentations, and promotional materials for international events and activities.
- Works closely with multiple campus departments to support student needs and resolve general issues.
- Calls and follows up with prospective or continuing students as directed by the International Department.
- Provides reception coverage for the school lobby and front desk operations.
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Other duties as assigned by the International Department.
