What are the responsibilities and job description for the 2025-2026 Temporary Employee: Summer Worker - Maintenance position at Berkeley County School District?
Summer workers will assist in maintaining the various properties of Berkeley County School District.
Requirements:
- must be at least 16 years old
- must have transportation
- must wear sneakers/work boots
Approximate Work Hours: to be announced
Hourly Rate of Pay: $15.00
Temporary Employee Application Requirements

- Negative TB test results under 1 year old. BCSD strongly encourages all applicants to upload their TB test results. If the applicant has not completed the test, he/she will be required to upload a word document acknowledging that the results will be uploaded as soon as the test is completed. Please Note: A delay in submitting TB test results will postpone the onboarding process. (If selected for a position)
