- Bright personality with a guest-focused mindset.
- Open and willing to work in a multicultural environment
- Highly organized with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal skills with guests and fellow team members
- High attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new tasks
- Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in hotel management software ClubEssential and AutoClerk.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel and Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets.
- Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
