Berkeley Building Co. is growing, and we are looking for driven, relationship-focused sales professionals to join our expanding team in both the East and West Valley markets.

  • New home sales experience preferred

  • Assertive and driven producer with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals 

 

Core Role Responsibilities 

  • Serve as an expert on the product, floor plans, selections and available lots with Berkeley Building  
  • Document purchase agreements, addendums, listing agreements and more  
  • Manage MLS listings for marketing exposure of available homes  
  • Communicate with prospective new and existing clients and buyers  
  • Collaboratively organize community marketing events 
  • Host Open House hours at assigned community model homes  
  • Expand Berkeley Buildings presence in the community 
  • Reach sales goals to align with company goals
