Job Description
This position involves the analysis and processing of field production information, transmitted in both electronic and hard-copy format, for the sake of calculating costs incurred and revenues earned for completed production on various construction jobsites around the country. Due to a weekly reporting requirement, this position has a certain amount of pressure associated with it to meet the hard Friday afternoon deadlines. The basic work schedule is Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, although a certain amount of overtime beyond the basic schedule to ensure the reports are completed by Friday afternoons may be required. Attendance is critical.

Required Qualifications & Attributes

Responsibilities
- Analysis and interpretation of scope of work information as noted in contract documents and/or other file documentation provided by the regional office(s) managing the work of the subcontract
- Communicate heavily with these same regional offices with various questions regarding production quantities completed and pending change order work
- A/P invoice verification, processing, and data entry
- Frequent interaction with the regional office(s) managing the projects to ensure that A/P invoices are handled correctly

Required Qualifications & Attributes
- Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations
- Proficiency on 10-key calculator
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, e-mailing/scanning/faxing information, as well as the ability to learn other computer application programs quickly
- Ability to employ logic and common sense when analyzing data
- Ability to work well and communicate well with other Job Costing Representative as well as regional office contacts
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good organizational and time management skills
