This position is key part of our small IT team. This job is the primary person to handle helpdesk issues. You will not be lost in a large team or have a singular focus but will wear many hats on any given day. Our IT Support Specialists are expected to provide daily assistance as a part of a self-starting team for end-user support, including, but not limited to: computer hardware, software installation and upgrades, email, mobile phones, desk phones, printers, and networking for both local users and remote access users nationwide. Responsibilities:Be the primary point of contact for our Freshdesk helpdesk system which includes local users in-person and remote users via TeamViewer as needed. New computer set up (Microsoft Intune / Autopilot / Entra) and continued computer maintenance for approximately 350 computer users.Be the primary point of contact for printer issues for users such as repairs, jams, and supplies while being the liaison for our printer/postage contracts and billing issues.Be a team member for our accounting and document management systems to remedy issues for users including application errors and performance issues in basic capacity.Be a team member for Cisco VoIP desk phone system to assist users with setup, issues, and administration.Assist with mobile and desktop users for email account setup and Office 365 troubleshooting, licensing, and account management.Assist other users in a timely and confidential manner with various tasks that may involve the Windows network, updates, system administration, packing and shipping equipment, and antivirus items.Participate in regular meetings with the IT team as needed. EOE/Minorities/Females/Veterans/Disability (Compliant with the new VEVRAA and Section 503 rules Job Requirements:Four years of related technical support experience or specific education background.Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone, via email, within documentation, and in person.Excellent knowledge of Microsoft products such as Windows 11 and Office 365.Working knowledge of networks, printers, VoIP phones, and email systems. Ability to maintain and properly safeguard confidential data and information.Ability to work effectively in a busy environment with multiple distractions and sit and maintain focus for prolonged periods of time. Be a reliable person and self-starter with regards to managing tasks and setting attainable goals. Physical Demands and Work Environment: Our IT Support Specialist/Reporting Specialist position is office based, requiring sitting for extended periods of time at a desk at our corporate facility (90%), sitting at a computer terminal for long periods of time (90%), and moderate walking 10%. Inside office environment requires ability to interact professionally with co-workers and all levels of management. Ability to lift/carry at least 25 pounds of equipment to move/install equipment at work stations.
